Japan Itinerary Advice

Hey everyone. I am planning a trip to japan in June and I was wondering if you could give me some advice or feedback on my plans for Kyoto. I will really appreciate it. Here is the following plan below. I plan to stay 3 nights Kyoto before moving to Osaka

**Day 1**

**Morning (6-7am)**

Check out from the hotel in Tokyo

Catch the early train to Kyoto & enjoy bento breakast on board

Arrive in Kyoto at 10-11am and drop off luggage at hotel

Explore the streets of Sannenzaka & Ninnenzaka (15min walk from Hotel)

**Afternoon**

Visit Kinnen Ji

Visit Kiyomizu Dera

Matcha House Café

Check in and rest at the Hotel

**Evening**

Visit Gion district in the evening (8 min walk from Hotel)

Walk along the banks of the Kamo River

**Day 2**

**Morning**

Early train to Arashiyama Station (2 stops) (7am)

Grab a coffee from the famous %Arabica

Visit the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest

Visit the Tenryu Ji Temple

Visit the Otagi Nenbutsu-ji Temple

**Afternoon**

Visit Kimino Forest

Walk along Togetsukyo Bridge

Grab lunch at Yosiya Arashiyama

Train to Moss Gardens (10 min)

Visit Saiho-ji (Koke-dera) and Giōji Temple

**Evening**

Rest at Hotel

**Day 3**

**Morning**

Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine

Nanzen Ji Temple

Daijo Ji Temple

Grab matcha sundae desert and tea from Gion Tsujiri

**Afternoon**

Visit Yasaka Shrine

Visit Kameyakiyonaga Sweet Shop

Rest at the Hotel

**Evening**

Walk around Pontocholo Alley and Gion

**Day 4**

**Morning**

Wake up early at 6am to see Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka in serenity

Breakfast at traditional tatami starbucks

Check out, leave the luggage at hotel till 5pm

Train to Kibune/Kurasama + Taxi (55 mins)

Explore Kibune: Hirobun, Kawadoko, Mystic River

**Afternoon**

Train back to hotel

Pick up luggage and take train to Osaka (50mins)

Check in Hotel

**Evening**

Relax
