So I’m somewhat of a weeb… & I’m going to Japan in October for my 21st Birthday. I’ve been doing Duolingo for about 84 days and feel like I’ve learned a decent amount but not as much as I should. I’ve tried going to Japanese restaurants to speak it to people who actually are Japanese. Although, I’m yet to come across anyone who knows the language or is from Japan. Any thoughts as to how I could learn faster? Also is there anybody in here who would mind speaking with me from time to time? I would be grateful beyond words!
