Hello everyone. I just rolled my first roll with rice on the outside. It was going smoothly until I tried cutting the roll into slices. I tried using Saran Wrap around the roll while cutting and that wasn’t really helping all that much. What is the trick to getting clean slices without smushing the roll and messing up the avocado?
