Does anyone know if Lactaid pills or a Japanese equivalent of lactase medicine is readily available and what brand names? Costco isn’t an option as the closest is about 300 km away.
edit: Amazon JP doesn’t have it and neither does Rakuten. I was looking for domestic options. Probably gonna just order from overseas.
