I am considering applying for the Highly Skilled Professional Visa in the Advanced specialized/technical activities category, but to reach the required amount, I need all my previous years of work to be counted.
I’m a developer and have worked:
\- 3 years as a game developer, split in a full-time employment period and a freelance period.
\- 2 years as a software development engineer full-time.
1. From the point of view of immigration, would it all be counted as a developer job, or would they be considered as different works and not cumulable?
2. Can the years working as a freelancer be counted, and in that case what do you need to give as proof?
