Hello.
I am moving from Heart to Borderlink for 2024 school year.
I just want to get some insights about Borderlink. I am now waiting for my placement this year 2024 and HR said it will be available by the end of January or 1st week of February.
I told them about my preferred location which is in Chiba since I was planning to move back home with my family. I am in Tokyo and living alone as of this moment because I worked with Heart Corp and was assigned here.
I’m just really worried about the placement, but I told them that I can travel for an hour so there shouldn’t be any problem.
I’m aware of the salary. We don’t get paid during summer vacation but they also inform us about the possibility of having a part time job (if there is) during that time. Also, December January March April the salary is prorated. What I really like is they will have shakai hoken and pension deduction and I don’t have to do that by myself.
It will be my 2nd year in Japan this coming March 2024 so I’m just really nervous. I also read multiple comments about Borderlink so I already had an idea.
For anyone who is currently employed or former employee of borderlink, is there any possibility that they will assigned me to my preferred location since I already informed them about it on the interview. Also any other things that I need to know about them?
