Leaving for Japan in a month to study undergrad. I like having a beard, it makes me look more manly, i look fucking disgusting without a beard. Recently been seeing some posts on the internet about how having a beard is less socially acceptable in Japan and clean shave is more preferred. How true is this? Will it affect my everyday life? Will it affect my chance of getting a part-time job?
