Itinerary check: Honeymoon trip 17 days in Japan

Hello, future wife and I will be spending our honeymoon in Japan and Korea, after reading some itineraries and asking some suggestions this is what I was able to come up with.

Would love some suggestions if I missed anything or if it’s too easy or too cramped on some days.

Since we are coming early May we will have missed Sakura season but would love some suggestions for places where we would be able to see Wisteria flowers in any of the days.

Visit Lake Ashinoko and enjoy a boat ride with a chance to see Mount Fuji

Check-in at the Ryokan and enjoy a Kaiseki dinner

Spend the night at the Ryokan
