What is ‘Natural cheese?’

Hi. I want to solve this mystery. I would really appreciate any help / guidance in this matter. All the cheese at my local grocery store is ‘natural cheese.’ What is that? No one around me seems to know…

From what I can tell, it refers to the process(?) by which it’s made. However, I want to know what *kind* of cheese it is. (E.g. cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, etc.) Or does this refer to the fact it is not ‘UNnatural’ in the sense it is not possessed by demons?
