Does anyone please know if the new business visa rules for foreigners are in effect?
Under the new rules, foreign entrepreneurs are allowed to stay in Japan for two years, even without setting up a business or making an investment.
Crucially, this new policy removes the prior 33k USD capital investment requirement.
I am wondering if the new rules been introduced yet? And if not, when that is likely to happen?
