1st: Two weeks ago, I travelled to Osaka and planned to buy a JR rail pass for 14 days. I was told that the counter couldn’t complete the purchase and I have to order the ticket online and pick up at counter. Just wanna know is that a new measure from now on for visitors to buy ticket online?
2nd: If i just wanted to buy the the tokyo wide pass. Can i buy it at counter? or i have to buy it online too just like the jr pass?
