Hypotheticaly Let’s say you’re walking down the street in urban Japan and see someone fall off their bike and significantly injure themselves. You’re going to call an ambulance but how do you explain where you are? You’ll probably know which Ku you’re in but how would you explain exactly where you are? My only thought is Google maps but there must be a more obvious way I’m missing.
