How to fix Pasmo after transferred from different phone ?

Hi all!
I have been using Pasmo on my phone for 3 months now (I don’t have a physical card). 2 days ago, I transferred my Pasmo from my previous phone to new phone. Now, Pasmo was removed from my previous phone and it is showing “現在、発行処理中のため、しばらくお待ちください。(C102)” error on my new phone. Do I need to wait more or is there any other way to fix it. I had about 10K yen in it. (So, would not want to create new account) :/
Would really appreciate if someone could help me out.
