Hey, soon I’ll have finished my military service after 10 years of service. I am looking forward to move to japan with my wife and daughter and want to apply for a Student Visa (for learning japanese) at a japense school and I am having some questions.

What are schools that would be recommendet for that?
Can I bring my wife and daughter with me to japan on that visa? Do they also need extra visas? (Military is going to pay my salary for the next 5 years so I dont have to worry about money for that timeframe)
Can I apply for a working visa out of a student visa?
