Box hair dye question

Hi everyone,

I’m a 31 year old woman who is starting to show some grey hair. I have dark brown and wavy hair. I also have a sensitive scalp. I’m very protective of my hair texture because I went bleach blonde in highschool and I destroyed my hair. It took me forever to fix it.

I’m a bit nervous to use box dye to cover up my grey hairs, so I’m wondering if anyone has brand recommendations. I’ve used box dye in america and it’s been ok, but I know japanese hair is VERY different from my hair texture.

I’d like to see if there are any box dye recommendations so I don’t have to pay for a whole dying appointment just to cover grey hairs.
