Hey all, got a no seat belt ticket/warning (no fee) about 4 years ago. The following year, I renewed my license and had to sit through a 2 hour training seminar because of it. Fast forward to my current renewal. No tickets during the 3 year period but the new slip has the no seat belt infraction and another training seminar. Is this normal? Why should I have to do it again? I’m going to give the license center a call to find out. Would love to hear your experiences.
