I have been wanting to try to make onigiri for a while now and finally got up the motivation to try. I used just regular ol’ short grain sticky rice with a bit of salt, and a super easy spicy salmon filling from u/ricotta_pie ‘s [post](https://www.reddit.com/r/MealPrepSunday/s/UOqPsAS5ky). I also made a lone umeboshi (pickled plum) onigiri because I was pretty hesitant after trying one of the little plums – it was preeeetty salty, not a flavor I loved. But the salmon onigiri were 10/10!
