I am a U.S. HS student applying to TUJ and majoring in CS. I am wondering what people think about attending TUJ as it is a option I’m exploring for my degree. I mainly am considering TUJ as I’d like to experience of living in Japan but I’ve heard many positives and negatives about TUJ that leave me mixed whether or not to go. I have heard that TUJ’s quality of education isn’t that good, so would it be better for me to get my degree in the States and possibly find a job in Japan (if I want to experience living in Japan) , or would it be better to attend TUJ and find job opportunities while I’m there. I’m not 100% sure if I would like to live in Japan long term but I am open the idea, as well as having a CS career in either in the U.S. or in Japan. Any words of advice and thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.
