    also, why do americans insist on all that sauce on the “sushi”? its vile and ruins it.

  2. I’ve had those “hand rolls” and was not impressed. I hate when you order something and a place gives you their “version” of the classic. I’ll pass on Moment Sushi.

  3. Ok, it is not always the best idea to throw all the expensive ingredients into a mix. May be uni & caviar with rice (i do like uni-ikura rice bowl .. and caviar can play the role of ikura), but the truffle is definitely wasted. At least they are not throwing foie gras on top too, and I do like a foie gras akami nigiri, because akami is lean enough to use the extra fat in the foie gras.
