I’m working on my research project for teacher’s college at U of T. I’m looking for interview participants who are familiar with Japan’s school lunch program and teach in Canada (preferably at public elementary schools but this is flexible). My research is looking into how Japan’s school lunch model compares with the predominantly packed lunches students bring to school in Canada.
The interviews would take max 45 minutes, over Zoom, and my final reports on the data would be completely anonymous.
