I’ve read a bunch of these kinda posts but never saw myself writing one, but here we go.
I told my boss that I will be quitting work by the end of next month, and we had a chat about the schedule and PTO.
And she told me directly that I should not use my PTO for this month due to it being busy (my work is busy most of the year). I didn’t have the courage to talk back to her at that time, but now thinking about it I felt stupid for not saying anything back.
What would you guys do in my situation?
For context I have yet to give my boss the 退職届, but stated last week that I will leave the company by next month.
