Gas bill issue; help needed.

Hello everyone! We recently arrived in Japan, and our Japanese is limited. It’s been two months since we moved into our new home, but we haven’t received our gas bill. The problem is, we’re unsure which gas company we have a contract with. Tokyo Gas and Tepco representatives visited on moving day, but we didn’t get a contract from either. We assume it’s Tepco, but no contract or subscriber code was given. We don’t know how to pay the bill. Has anyone experienced this? How did you resolve it?
