I got a few ear piercings in the states before moving to Japan and they’re ready to be downsized. I don’t want to fuss with it myself. Are there any professional shops in northern Japan? AAP certified a plus, but not a necessity if the shop is clean and following correct protocol. I just need new jewelry 🙂
