Bouncing off some business idea…

A good friend of mine that works in the inbound-targeting business in Tokyo said that anything involving foreign travelers is hot right now.

He suggested I do アテンダント事業 such as being a local guide and travel companion for my area. As there aren’t any feasible transportation methods out here, I would drive them around and take them to famous spots, etc. Maybe buy a cheap 古民家 and let them experience that as well.

If I really were out of nowhere, I wouldn’t think about it seriously, however, there’s quite a lot of interesting touring places, especially for inbound customers that want to experience the country side of Japan.

Anyways, I’ve never experienced the travel industry, but for those who have, is this a viable business model? If you’ve done something similar, what was your experience like?

I can create my own website, do video editing, sns, and speak Japanese and English fluently.
