Company wants to sponsor a visa, what should I I be careful about?

I got a company interested in sponsoring my visa to work in Japan (fintech, work from anywhere in Japan, half the team is not Japanese), they say that the company language is English.

Seemed interesting as an experience for a couple years but I don’t know that much about the Japanese job market.
– Is it feasible to learn fluent Japanese in 1-2 years, living there? Consider I’m N5
– What’s a decent salary for senior tech positions and the lifestyle I can expect?
– Japanese work culture will be a shock I’m sure, but are the hours that bad?

Any tips for what else to consider?
