Been renting in Japan for about 18 months and about to make the move to buying a mansion. We’ve had two cats in the rental even though we only ever been approved for one.
The place we want to buy seems to have a one cat rule. Having said that, most places in Japan seem to have a one cat (or one dog) rule.
Anybody have experience moving/buying into a place like this with two cats? If/when someone found out what was the outcome?
Our little kitties are pretty quiet, our place would be on the first floor, and I hope to be wfh a few days a week to look after them.
