I just got a job offer for Altia and it looks like I’ll be working soon.
I’ve been in Japan for almost five years and four of those years, I’ve been doing the ALT grind. I spent 2 years at Interac and the first year there was great but then the last two years made me jump ship. I spent a year at a small ALT dispatch but I was teaching close to 35 classes a week (that included night teaching as well,) so I had to dip out for my health.
I know ESID, low pay, desk warming fun, but what are the general thoughts that people have, from their time at Altia?
