Hi everyone,
Will mostly be solo travelling in Japan from 20 Apr to 1 May. General aim of this trip is to explore bits of the Tohoku Region & try to chase some of the Sakure Blooms there. Understand that this may be peak travel season, especially towards ths tail end – clashing with the start of Golden Week. As such, I plan to spend the weekend prior in Toyko before flying back home. I will mostly be travelling by train – making use of the Tohoku JR East Pass.
Would love to seek some advice on the feasiblity of the below itinerary as it will be my first time visiting Tohoku. Or any other Festivals/Attractions that I should consider. Thank you!
