We are looking to relocate to Japan with my partner. The goal would be to open a practice in Japan through the Business Manager Visa (we are Chiropractors).
I have heard that the visa is for business MANAGERS and that managers are not supposed to work IN the business but ON the business.
The problem is that we will both attend patients 6-8 hrs per day.
Is that a big problem or is it authorised under that visa ? I’ve been seeing mixed answers and it is not clear to me.
