I saw this in a video talking about learning Japanese—He was watching a Japanese video, with the Japanese YouTube subtitles turned on, and double-clicked on a word he didn’t know. It popped up a little window that showed the definition of that word. Anyone know what extension this is, or how to do it if it isn’t an extension?

YomiTan & 10ten Reader, just mouse over and it’ll give you pop up. You can pause video and hold it in place.
