I’m currently working as an ALT and thinking of going back to university for another undergraduate or graduate program, but I’m a bit concerned about going through shukatsu and applying for shinsotsu jobs in my early 30s. I’m not all too familiar with the exact process and I’m just proposing the idea as a possibility after ALTing so not too serious yet.
Does it matter how old you are? I’m also female and probably will face the age discrimination harder than male equivalents. Any opinions welcome! Thanks.
