6. it just seems like far too much salmon and not portioned well for the amount of rice or other ingredients. you are much better off just eating poke bowls if you like this kind of thing, and it’s much less expensive.

18. Sushi cakes, burritos, crunchwraps, etc. are all defeating the point of sushi. It’s all very American and try-hard (I’m American) like, at this point you are just taking home a whole filet and just eating half of a whole raw fish, which doesn’t sound appealing to me.
