Having complained about a neighbor’s noisy dogs, I was told by the police to make video recording of future events for evidence.
While attempting to make a recording of the noise nuisance yesterday, I was confronted by dogs’ elderly owner who punched me on the elbow and told me to “go home!”
A different police officer who responded to my complaint refused to arrest the neighbor for the assault and told me under NO circumstances would I be allowed to film the dogs, or the neighbor(!)
What are my options?
