Hi all. Me and the wife are going to Osaka from Feb 23 – March 3 and we’re planning on spending a night at a ryokan on Miyajima island.
Here’s our itinerary:
**DAY 1**
**Morning**:
* Shinkansen from Osaka
* Hiroshima Station (find a coin locker to store our bags)
* Atomic Bomb Dome
* Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum
* Peace Memorial Park
* Lunch at Okonomimura
**Afternoon:**
* Shukkei-en Garden
* Go back to Hirsohima Station, get our bags then go to Miyajima to check in at the ryokan
* Itsukushima-jinja Shrine for sunset
* Daisho-in Temple
* Dinner somewhere at Miyajima Omotesando
* Onsen back at the ryokan
**DAY 2**
**Morning:**
* Checkout and get some breakfast.
* Back to Itsukushima-jinja Shrine at around 8-9 am before the morning rush
* Momiji-dani-koen Park
* Mt. Misen via Miyajima Ropeway
* Lunch somewhere
* Get our bags back at the ryokan then go back to Osaka via shinkansen.
Does this seem feasible? Are we doing too much? or too little? Appreciate any input you guys might have.
Thanks!
