A few weeks ago the Neighbour spreaded some tiny blue stones in front of his property. He also at night puts some high frequency speakers I imagine to deter raccoons and tanuki etc.
The pebbles do not look like salt and they haven’t melted with rain.
My concern is, is this some kind of poison?
I have cats and I sometimes put a leash on them and walk them outside. They don’t seem deterred or attracted by any smell of these but still I don’t let them get close. Problem is these blue pebbles are blowing onto my property too.
Should I be concerned? Can anyone tell what it is?
