I’ll be returning to the US soon and I want to take the JLPT in the summer, except the US seems to only conduct the exam in the winter.
I was thinking I could simply travel elsewhere for the exam and just take a week to sightsee, for example to Vancouver or Bogota

“Registration will be done virtually for both residents of Bogotá and residents of other cities.”
The wording here is a little unclear. Does it just mean from everywhere, or does it specifically mean only Colombians can register? Has anyone has experience traveling to a non Japan country for the JLPT?
