Did your company help you improve your Japanese? Or did you do it by yourself?
I have some colleagues from other countries, but they still have some problems with reading and writing. I have no idea how I can support them (as a Japanese who is struggling to learn English, I know it’s a long way to master a foreign language)
Any recommended materials (book, video, website, etc.) for learning Business Japanese? What’s the most effective way for you?
