Staying in Asakusa vs Ueno vs Akihabara

Hey everyone, my SO and I have a 9 day 8 night trips to Tokyo coming up in June and am looking for neighborhood recommendations. Our trip is broken up to:

1) East Tokyo (3 nights) – Asakusa, Skytree, Ueno, Akihabara

2) West Tokyo (3 nights)- Shibuya, Shinjuku, Daikayama, Shimokitazawa

3) Central Tokyo (2 nights) – Ginza, Tsukiji, Tokyo Station, Marounichi, Roppongi

Will also be fitting DisneySea between part 1 and 2 and maybe Odaiba between part 2 and 3

We will be flying into HND at 5 AM. Any recommendations for which area we should stay in?

Things that we’d be interested in:

Asakusa: Sensoji Temple, (+) proximity to SkyTree, Asahi Sky Room

\-seems touristy but lots to eat/walk around

Ueno: Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, Ameyoko Shopping District

\-local vibe but not much to do around the area?

Akihabara: Radio Kaikan, GiGo, HEY, Super Potato, Mandarake, Animate, 2k540 Aki-Oka Artisan

\-haven’t looked into which store to visit, not really into recent Anime (my anime knowledge is from the 90s, pokemon, digimon, dragon ball z) but would like to take a quick look around, also not a bad ida to walk around solo while my SO catches up on rest (she has no interest in Anime)

Thanks!
