Should I move so I can go to a cheaper college?

As my family can’t afford fashion colleges in the U.S, I’ve considered going to Bunka Fashion College (I’m aware of the professor issues, coursework, and classes only taught in Japanese).

I’ve tried calculating the cost of living multiple times and found it to be anywhere from $50,000 a year to $30,000 a year (including school, transportation, necessities, etc.). (I’m unsure about my math as I’m terrible at it, sorry)

My family is mainly worried about the distance, homesickness, culture shock….

Also, with a part time job am I able to use on money on anything or only college? I’ve read conflicting information on this.

Any advice?
