In the sentence “夢の一本食い いっちゃっていいかな?” what verb does いっちゃう come from?

So I was watching the drama 俺の家の話 and the son says this while eyeing up a table of delicious food.
I’ve tried doing some google fu on this form of いる but am unsure. ChatGPT reckons it’s equivalent to 食べる but I can’t find any corroborating evidence.

Also, with 夢の一本食い, does this essentially mean ‘Eat one of these dreamy morsels’?

I’m sure it’s something simple I’ve overlooked, but thank you in advance.
