i’m coming to kyoto for about a week in a few days and i have some spare days that i would like to go fishing, however i dont have a rod. Are there any places in kyoto that sell very cheap fishing rods or hire them out for a day?
also any fishing location recommendations would be appreciated (ideally lakes and scenic areas)
are there any other things i should be aware of before going – permits, catch and release etc
