Hello,
I am a web developer working in Tokyo. Living cost has been through the roof lately and unfortunately due to poor business I did not get any raise for 2 years now. I have moved to Saitama but still things becoming challenging everyday and opportunities are very limited.
Due to my circumstances I can’t risk leaving current job and any other full time opportunity does not give me enough flexibility to deal with personal issues.
I am tired of being exploited but do not have a way out as my current employer kept me so busy that I could never learn Japanese.
What are some ways you can look for side work with limited Japanese abilities? I see immense potential in the market but don’t know how to approach.
I can do so much but not good at selling myself hence always short sell.
Any ideas, suggestions, feedback, guidance is welcome.
