Good day! I just wanted to ask how and where can I send my letter of request for my Koseki Tohon, I am half Pilipino and I live in the Philippines. We don’t have contact with my Japanese father and his family and there is no hope that he will help us anyway.
So I wanted to ask if do you know their email or address. We really need a copy of my Koseki Tohon for my Japanese citizenship. To be honest we never even have a copy of my Koseki Tohon ever since I’m born😠so yeah we have no source of where and how we will contact the japan for it.
