Hello! Does anybody have any leads on Warehouse/Studio space in Kyoto City?

I am in the process of starting an e-commerce business, and the next step is finding a place to use as my primary business address. I’m trying to think outside the box a bit here, as the typical real estate process can be a bit complicated.

I have a good budget, my main priority is building strong relationships with the landlord and/or other tenants if the space is shared. English friendly is sort of a necessity.
