I think I got food poisoning because I’ve been vomiting on and off all night.
My throat is burning from the acid reflux and I can barely drink water. Can anyone recommend me some medicine for this type of symptom? Or is it best to go doctor? I am a tourist so it’s a bit daunting to go to the hospital…
