I’ve recently heard that it’s difficult or impossible to get a good home loan in Japan without life insurance.
My wife takes a medication that precludes her from most life insurance plans.
Are there any home loans that are possible/easy to get without life insurance? I’ve heard Flat35 might be an option but the interest rate is wild.
Are there any life insurance plans possible/easy to get for people taking medication related to mental health?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
