I’m trying to buy baseball tickets and I need to register with the team(Hanshin Tigers).
I’m getting stuck at the enter Katakana name part. Error message says I need to use Full Width characters.
Googling says to use F9/F10 to toggle between the character types. Not working for me. Pressed before typing. Pressed after.
Can someone ELI5 me?
