Fencing practicing in parks (or elsewhere?)

Hi everyone! I just moved to the city, where I’ll pass the next 2 months, for a Ph.D secondment. I practice LudoSport, a lightsaber-inspired fencing sport (aka no choreography) and was wondering if there are any public places where it would be appropriate to practice it during the day (or evening).
I’m staying close to Ueno Park, and found few spots with green areas outside the paved pedestrian trails, so doing it there would be very convenient, but I’m not sure if that’s possible (didn’t see any regulation about “fencing” on the signs, but I can assume that’s probably not an indication of allowance either).
Otherwise I’m willing to move around the area if need be.

Any places you know of? Are there some regulations regarding open-air sword practicing? Would it be generally frawn upon by the police/ security staff of public places?
Thanks!

P.S. in case it matters, the “sword” looks more like a cosplay prop than any steel sword, as the hilt is a metal cylinder and the blade is a transparent plastic tube (which can light up). There’s no edge or cutting part whatsoever. The hilt has some heft to it tho.

P.P.S. this isn’t the place to discuss the sport, but if you’re curious and in the area just drop me a message!
