Any tips to look for a job without minashi zangyou (unpaid overtime work)?

Because I’m full of this shit at my current company. Initially I was told that I don’t have to do it if I clear all my tasks, but at the moment I have so much of them it seem to never end. And my manager pressing me to do my overtime to the fullest limit of minashi, since “I’ve been paid for it already”. Well, I can’t say anything against it, nice trick.

So now I’m looking for a new opportunities and this time want to avoid this shit as much as possible, since I clearly see some managers are interpreting minashi in it’s worst way. I’m using [https://www.openwork.jp/](https://www.openwork.jp/) , because I love it’s feature of people could add their comments about their companies and I can see some actual company’s background. But most vacancies there are just including 40h of minashi, which is complete shitshow.

I’m trying to skip such an offers, but just thinking if there are any other tips and tricks to find a decent company / team that respect life/work balance? Some other better jobhunting websites that’d let you just filter such a scam at the beginning? Maybe I missing some legal/negotiation opportunities? Some questions about it at the interview stage? Let me know what you think about it.
