I work at a babysitting company but I’m simply not making enough money because of how little hours they are able to provide, even for part time (3-9 hours a week). I want to quit but they require a 3 month notice, and I think it says in the contract I’ll have to pay 5000 yen.
Does this sound reasonable to anyone? I just want to get another job lined up and quit asap. I’ve been working here for about 7 months now in hopes I’ll get more clients, but when I do it’s just a one time or once a month deal, and my regular clients are constantly cancelling. I don’t want to go another month making less like 200 usd…
